What if my child becomes unwell?
If your child falls ill during their time at the preschool, we will promptly notify you or a designated adult listed in the Emergency Information Form. Your child will be cared for in a separate area away from other children until you can pick them up.
What are your health and safety policies?
We follow our Health Essentials guidelines, implementing safety measures like social distancing, disinfection, wellness education, and symptom monitoring, including specific precautions for COVID-19.
What safety policies are in place at the preschool?
Our preschool takes safety seriously. We have secure entries and exits, monitored by an electronic system. Only authorized individuals can pick up your child. All our staff undergo background checks before employment.
Do you have outdoor activities?
Yes, weather permitting, we take children outside daily for play on the playground and group walks.
Are there cameras in the classroom?
Yes, all classroom have multiple cameras.
Do I need to pack lunch for my child?
No, we provide healthy and age-appropriate meals and snacks for all the children throughout the day.
What if my child has food allergies?
We are mindful of allergies and do not serve any peanut products due to the prevalence of peanut allergies. Please inform us of any specific allergies, and we'll make appropriate food substitutions.
What qualifications do your teachers have?
Our teachers meet or exceed state requirements for child care providers and undergo annual professional training. They also pass background checks before joining our team.
What is your discipline policy?
We prioritize positive guidance, re-direction, and understanding children's feelings. No physical or verbal punishment is used. We focus on helping children develop problem-solving skills and emotional awareness.
What activities will my child participate in?
Toddlers enjoy sensory-based learning experiences in a center-based environment. They explore, play, and develop social, communication, cognitive, and motor skills.
Can I observe my child in the classroom?
Due to COVID-19 concerns, we can't allow drop-in observation at the moment. We hope to resume this option once it's safe.
Will you help with toilet training?
We work with you and your child, respecting their routine and habits. We do not force children to use the toilet or punish them for not using it.
